Century Gold Exchange Policy

  • All gold jewelry is hallmarked to indicate its karat purity.
  • A detailed purchase invoice must be presented for any exchange.
  • Pricing includes international gold rates and making charges.
  • Proof of purchase is required for any exchange or upgrade request.

Exchange Policy:

  • Jewelry can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided:
    • The item is unworn, in its original condition, and packaging.
    • Product stickers and security tags are intact.
    • No signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

Online Orders:

  • Free exchange is available if you visit our store.
  • If exchanging via courier, delivery charges will apply.

Exceptions:

  • Customized, engraved, or altered jewelry is not eligible for exchange.
  • Promotional and discounted items are non-exchangeable unless defective.

Defective or Incorrect Products:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours with photo evidence for prompt resolution.
